Dear Mr. & Mrs Schembri, As we will leave tomorrow, I would like to say thank you for your help and kindful and professional organisation. Mr. Schembri told us he organized a taxi that will pick us up tomorrow at 6:30 in the morning. Please correct me if I am wrong with the time. Because our flight will depart at 9:40. Everything was fine, I will recomend you without any doubts. Only from the beginning in our Mirell Apps. Nr. 4 some light bulb didn't work or where not there, for ex.in the bigger bathroom at the mirrow and in both bedrooms one lamp was not working. But that was no big problem for us. Review for your property Merill Apt 2 B/R 2nd floor,W/ Pool Views We had the most wonderful stay in Malta-From start to finish!!On arrival we greeted with a friendly taxi driver who on our journey to the apartment filled us in on the highlights of what Malta offered.This taxi driver was pre-arranged by our host Joseph who greeted us with open arms once arrived at Merrill apartments!!He was friendly from the word go and explained everything we could possibly need to know about the apartment,the area which is the Santa Maria estate which is just beautiful and where to go and what to see-he even went out of his way and took us to the local supermarket!!The apartment is equipped with everything you need,clean and tidy and was also very light and spacious-the bonus is the swimming pool and sun terrace at the back which is a complete sun trap and a great way to relax on the sun lounges and soak up the sun. Short distance walk to the local amenities and great bus links for across the island at the end of the road.Amazing holiday all round-Thankyou Joseph!! 25 September 2013

Wonderful apartment Date of Stay: 13-Jun-2013 After a week in the apartment we were truly rested . It's so. Peaceful in a great area. The room was clean large and well equipped. The owner was really helpful and organised transfers to and fro airport. The taxi driver showed us places of interest on route. The local bus stop was at top and bottom of rd and the shops were at top of estate were very well stocked . The main buses run from here and we purchased a weekly pass for 12 euros which covered all malta. The pool was great and nice and quiet. The wifi was good but not fantastic but it was a godsend to shut off from everything lol. There were lots of info available in flat on the country and even a travel guide which we used all week This is a truly great place to base yourself in malta and we will be returning and recommending it to everyone ...many thanks x

Enjoyed our short stay immensely. Owner very flexible and ready to help.He also arranged for pick up and drop off to the airport for a nominal fee (70€ r/trip), also a rental car(which he arranged to be dropped off and picked up saving us time and hassle. and was not expensive). Apartment clean and spacious, with a shared swimming pool behind the premises where our children enjoyed themselves throughout our stay. Water still a bit cold due to it still being only May. Bedrooms clean with plenty of storeage space. Only slight problem were the pillows being very hard and a bit oversized , as we prefer softer pillows, Would recommend this apartment and Mellieha highly.
